Stillwater Community Endowment Fund The Stillwater Community Endowment Fund is a non-profit philanthropic organization whose purpose is to serve the charitable needs of Stillwater through the development and administration of endowment funds with the goal of preserving capital and enhancing its value to benefit the Stillwater community. The Stillwater Community Fund is a living legacy from those past and present to encourage those with vision and talent to maximize their potential for the benefit of themselves and others and is established as a permanent, component fund of the statewide community foundation, Communities Foundation of Oklahoma.
