Make-A-Wish® Oklahoma creates life-changing wishes for children with critical illnesses. Serving all 77 Oklahoma counties, we seek to bring every eligible child's wish to life because a wish is an integral part of a child's treatment journey. Research shows children who have wishes granted can build the physical and emotional strength they need to fight their illness. Together, generous donors, supporters, staff and more than 200 volunteers across the state of Oklahoma grant a wish every 48 hours, on average. Since 1982, Make-A-Wish Oklahoma has granted more than 3,100 wishes to children in our great state; over 155 in 2018 alone, with the average cost of a wish being $7,500.
