A community, by definition, is a feeling of fellowship with others, because of shared attitudes, interests, and goals. Communities produce deep connections and a sense of belonging. In Oklahoma, we have seen how communities rally around each other in times of trouble or to create positive community impact.

Community funds allow charitably-minded people with donations that may not have a large impact on their own, to pool resources with other likeminded individuals to enrich their community. These funds often become a unifier; bringing all types of community members together.

Community Fund Endowments provide an annual distribution for use in the specific community named as the beneficiary. Communities large and small across Oklahoma have found creative ways to grow these types of endowments so they now enjoy the benefit of substantial annual distributions from the accounts. Your community can establish such a fund with an initial contribution of at least twenty-five thousand ($25,000) dollars.
