Teresa Rose, JD
Having spent her career serving others and improving her community, Teresa Rose brings years of experience and expertise to her role as Executive Director of CFO. Teresa earned both her Bachelor’s and Juris Doctor from Oklahoma City University before she traveled the state representing school districts in over 150 communities. She has held various executive positions including her time at Chesapeake Energy Corporation and Oklahoma City Community Foundation. Teresa’s expertise in community relations, government affairs, philanthropy and legal matters, combined with her heart for giving, enable her to provide individuals, families and organizations with guidance and options as they choose the best way to approach giving.
Amber Shelton
Amber joins CFO with a background in education and nonprofit management. Her early childhood education degree from the University of Oklahoma led her to Yukon where she taught pre-kindergarten and physical education. After receiving her master’s degree in nonprofit leadership from Oklahoma City University, she worked to develop young leaders at Leadership Oklahoma City (LOKC) and Junior Achievement. She is a proud graduate of LOKC’s LOYAL VIII and Signature Class 36. Amber is a member of the Pi Beta Phi OKC Alumni Club and the Rotary Club of Oklahoma City. Amber lives in Oklahoma City with her husband, Spencer Malicki, and their feral turned spoiled cat, Panther.
Sara Parcell
A firm believer that philanthropy defies the impossible, Sara has devoted her 18-year career to nonprofit development. With extensive experience in annual giving, major gift strategy, capital campaign development and implementation, Sara is inspired by ordinary people united in belief that philanthropy can change lives. Proud Oklahoma girl, Sara is happiest when she’s with her husband Grant and two sons, Luke and Will.
Lisa Pitsiri
Lisa Pitsiri joined Communities Foundation of Oklahoma as Director of Donor Services and Programs, combining her passion for the state’s nonprofits and philanthropic support. She first became involved with CFO as an advisory board member of the Women’s Foundation of Oklahoma.
Lisa has served in corporate community relations and HR roles at Chesapeake Energy; public relations roles at local higher education institutions; and in development director roles for the Regional Food Bank of Oklahoma, ACLU of Oklahoma and the Rose State College Foundation.
A native of Enid, Lisa is a graduate of Phillips University and Oklahoma City University. She is incoming vice president/secretary for the Oklahoma City Midtown Rotary Club, a member of Leadership Oklahoma City Class 40, a precinct official for the Oklahoma County Election Board and an ambassador for the Greater Oklahoma City Chamber. Lisa loves spending time with her family, friends and fur babies, volunteering at local nonprofits, traveling and the arts.
Rachael Hunter
Proud Tulsan, and University of Tulsa graduate, Rachael utilizes her skill for marketing and passion for networking to move CFO forward. In addition, Rachael works with several granting funds like The Women’s Foundation of Oklahoma and Oklahoma Educational Technology Trust to help get the word out on the amazing things they accomplish. Rachael lives in Tulsa with her husband, two sons and two dogs.
Kelly Farrow
Prior to joining CFO in 2024, Kelly worked with rural communications companies assisting with federal grant applications while managing Accounting and HR. She graduated with a BS in Accounting from the University of Central Oklahoma. Kelly lives in Edmond with her husband John and son Zachary. When she’s not cooking up a new dish, you can find Kelly working in her garden.
Hayley Barnes
After graduating from Oklahoma State University with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology in 2020, Hayley began working in the nonprofit industry and fell in love with the community she found. Her work in nonprofit law, nonprofit administration, and fundraising led her to CFO in 2023. When not working, Hayley enjoys reading, nerding out on TV shows and movies, and traveling with her fiancé, Will, and their two dogs, JoJo and Alfie.
Kendall Bleakley
With a background in community engagement, Kendall brings her love of all things local to CFO. As an avid volunteer, she has contributed over a decade to the Arts Council of Oklahoma City and extends her support to the Paseo Arts Festival, OVAC’s Momentum and deadCenter Film Festival. Born and raised in Oklahoma City, she received her bachelor’s degree at the University of Oklahoma. Kendall is also a passionate blood donor.
Krystle Clark
Krystle comes to CFO with a diverse background in nonprofit work, higher education and finance. After graduating with her master’s in business administration from Southern Nazarene University she began searching for a career in outreach to serve her purpose of servicing others. Krystle has been involved in various Oklahoma City community organizations which include the arts, activism, and nonprofit volunteering. She is originally from California but has lived in the Oklahoma City Metro area for nearly ten years with her family and has made Oklahoma her home. She enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, sewing and participating in local fashion events.
Kylan Durant
Kylan Durant (he/him) is an Oklahoma native from Bartlesville. He holds both bachelor's and master’s degrees from Wanda L. Bass School of Music at Oklahoma City University. Kylan has been involved in various aspects of the Oklahoma City community since 2011 including arts and culture (with a few performances at OCU, Carpenter Square Theatre, and Lyric Theatre), real estate, volunteerism, and community development. His creative passions have blended with his passion for community focused projects through his time in OKC. He is the current President of the Oklahoma City Pride Alliance and is instrumental in organizing the annual PrideFest at Scissortail Park. He loves checking out all the new restaurants OKC and the metro have to offer. You can catch him at numerous plays, musicals, concerts, or museums.
Rhonda Giles
Rhonda joins CFO fresh off a multi-year stint with the Oklahoma Red Cross. A jack of all trades, you can find her doing everything from setting appointments, to traveling across the state assisting our non-profit partners with meetings. Rhonda lives in Newcastle with her husband.
Lauren Lynch
Lauren is the youngest of five and an Oklahoma native. She joined CFO after a tenure as a state employee where she gained an interest in fundraising and an overall passion for philanthropy. Lauren is thrilled to be a part of the CFO team where she has the privilege to see a direct impact on lives and the continued development of our local communities. Formerly the Donor Services Coordinator, after a year with CFO Lauren has moved onto a role as Office & IT Manager. When not working, Lauren enjoys spending her time with her husband and their 6 dogs, eating takeout while watching Nic Cage and Stallone movies, listening to podcasts, thrifting, and checking things off her bucket list.
Paula McDade
A native of Oklahoma City, Paula has a diverse background which includes nonprofit, government, and community outreach. Her work as a creative and graphic designer started later in life, and she found herself immersed in a new and fulfilling career path. Her work has been showcased across many platforms both locally and nationwide. She has never lost her passion for nonprofit work, which is why becoming the Communications Coordinator at CFO became an obvious choice. She is the proud mother of six adult children and a large extended family.
Paris Rose
Born and raised in Oklahoma City, Paris is grateful to be able to serve organizations all over the state by assisting in federal grant management and housing stability projects, a passion that was found during the height of the Pandemic. When not working, Paris is cooking or scrapbooking at her home in Oklahoma City with her rescue dog Cora. She enjoys volunteering opportunities such as the annual Oklahoma City Arts Festival and exploring the ever-changing experiences OKC has to offer.
Caroline Stringer
After a decade in philanthropy, Caroline is excited that her journey has brought her to CFO. Caroline has experience in many avenues of fundraising and stewardship from healthcare to social services. She is continually motivated by communities and donors whose passion for change is inspiring. Originally from Woodward, OK, Caroline is a proud Southwestern Oklahoma State University Bulldog. Caroline now lives in Oklahoma City with her husband Ryan, son Jackson, and dog, Sadie.
