Made up of a diverse group of individuals, the staff at CFO is the Foundation’s greatest asset. We each bring our own expertise, skill sets, talents, and viewpoints. All with one goal: to improve the quality of life in the communities our clientele calls home.

Teresa Rose, JD
Having spent her career serving others and improving her community, Teresa Rose brings years of experience and expertise to her role as Executive Director of CFO. Teresa earned both her Bachelor’s and Juris Doctor from Oklahoma City University before she traveled the state representing school districts in over 150 communities. She has held various executive positions including her time at Chesapeake Energy Corporation and Oklahoma City Community Foundation. Teresa’s expertise in community relations, government affairs, philanthropy and legal matters, combined with her heart for giving, enable her to provide individuals, families and organizations with guidance and options as they choose the best way to approach giving.

Erika Warren
With a career packed full of philanthropic experience, Erika is delighted to call CFO home. Erika acts as a central point of contact for CFO’s donors, assisting them in fulfilling their philanthropic goals. Erika’s passion for making a positive impact on communities across Oklahoma pushes her to find new and creative ways to serve CFO’s donors. Hailing from Norman, and a proud graduate of the University of Oklahoma, Erika lives in Oklahoma City with her husband and three dogs.

Amber Shelton
Amber joins CFO with a background in education and nonprofit management. Her early childhood education degree from the University of Oklahoma led her to Yukon where she taught pre-kindergarten and physical education. After receiving her master’s degree in nonprofit leadership from Oklahoma City University, she worked to develop young leaders at Leadership Oklahoma City (LOKC) and Junior Achievement. She is a proud graduate of LOKC’s LOYAL VIII and Signature Class 36. Amber is a member of the Pi Beta Phi OKC Alumni Club and the Rotary Club of Oklahoma City. Amber lives in Oklahoma City with her husband, Spencer Malicki, and their feral turned spoiled cat, Panther.

Sara Parcell
A firm believer that philanthropy defies the impossible, Sara has devoted her 18-year career to nonprofit development. With extensive experience in annual giving, major gift strategy, capital campaign development and implementation, Sara is inspired by ordinary people united in belief that philanthropy can change lives. Proud Oklahoma girl, Sara is happiest when she’s with her husband Grant and two sons, Luke and Will.

Rachael Hunter
Proud Tulsan, and University of Tulsa graduate, Rachael utilizes her skill for marketing and passion for networking to move CFO forward. In addition, Rachael works with several granting funds like The Women’s Foundation of Oklahoma and Oklahoma Educational Technology Trust to help get the word out on the amazing things they accomplish. Rachael lives in Tulsa with her husband, two sons and two dogs.

Rhonda Giles
Rhonda joins CFO fresh off a multi-year stint with the Oklahoma Red Cross. A jack of all trades, you can find her doing everything from setting appointments, to traveling across the state assisting our non-profit partners with meetings. Rhonda lives in Newcastle with her husband.

Travis Warman
Travis came to CFO in 2021 after working in private accounting for the past few years. A TCU Hornfrog through and through, he made his way to Oklahoma after obtaining his BA and Master of Accounting in Fort Worth. Travis currently lives in OKC with his wife Stephanie and two dogs, Riff and Colby.

Sidney Suttles
Originally from Velma, Oklahoma and a graduate of Velma-Alma High School, Sidney has seen the direct impact of our work firsthand. Sidney is a proud alumna of East Central University in Ada where she graduated with full university honors in 2018. As a former CFO scholarship recipient herself, Sidney is elated to find a home at CFO and to help provide opportunities for her fellow Oklahomans. At CFO, she cultivates partnerships with local organizations and community leaders to strengthen rural communities across the state while also developing impact strategies, providing guidance on fundraising, and administering community-based grant programs. Sidney currently lives in OKC with her husband and two rescue cats and spends most of her free time volunteering for animal rescue organizations, particularly with a focus toward feline welfare.

Paula McDade
A native of Oklahoma City, Paula has a diverse background which includes nonprofit, government, and community outreach. Her work as a creative and graphic designer started later in life, and she found herself immersed in a new and fulfilling career path. Her work has been showcased across many platforms both locally and nationwide. She has never lost her passion for nonprofit work, which is why becoming the Communications Coordinator at CFO became an obvious choice. She is the proud mother of six adult children and a large extended family.

Lauren Lynch
Lauren is the youngest of five and an Oklahoma native. She joined CFO after a tenure as a state employee where she gained an interest in fundraising and an overall passion for philanthropy. Lauren is thrilled to be a part of the CFO team where she has the privilege to see a direct impact on lives and the continued development of our local communities. Formerly the Donor Services Coordinator, after a year with CFO Lauren has moved onto a role as Office & IT Manager. When not working, Lauren enjoys spending her time with her husband and their 6 dogs, eating takeout while watching Nic Cage and Stallone movies, listening to podcasts, thrifting, and checking things off her bucket list.

Patti Biera
Patti Biera graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a Minor in Sociology from Midwestern State University and a Master of Arts in Nonprofit Leadership – Arts Administration from Oklahoma City University. She is originally from Wichita Falls, TX, and moved to Oklahoma in 2015. Patti previously worked with Tulane Bands at Tulane University in New Orleans, LA. She also worked at Ann Lacy School of American Dance and Entertainment at Oklahoma City University before moving to New Orleans in 2020. Currently, Patti lives in Edmond with her wife, two dogs, and a cat. She enjoys playing board games with friends, going thrifting, and exploring local coffee shops.

Kylan Durant
Kylan Durant (he/him) is an Oklahoma native from Bartlesville. He holds both bachelor's and master’s degrees from Wanda L. Bass School of Music at Oklahoma City University. Kylan has been involved in various aspects of the Oklahoma City community since 2011 including arts and culture (with a few performances at OCU, Carpenter Square Theatre, and Lyric Theatre), real estate, volunteerism, and community development. His creative passions have blended with his passion for community focused projects through his time in OKC. He is the current President of the Oklahoma City Pride Alliance and is instrumental in organizing the annual PrideFest at Scissortail Park. He loves checking out all the new restaurants OKC and the metro have to offer. You can catch him at numerous plays, musicals, concerts, or museums.

Hayley Barnes
After graduating from Oklahoma State University with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology in 2020, Hayley began working in the nonprofit industry and fell in love with the community she found. Her work in nonprofit law, nonprofit administration, and fundraising led her to CFO in 2023. When not working, Hayley enjoys reading, nerding out on TV shows and movies, and traveling with her fiancé, Will, and their two dogs, JoJo and Alfie.
